Course Objectives

Each Michigan Real Estate Continuing Education course covers the required two hour legal portion related to the licensed occupation that involve law, rules, and court cases regarding real estate. and four hours of study that involves subjects that are relevant to the management, operation, and practice of real estate.

Work at Your Own Pace

The structure of the course allows the student to work at their own pace without any time constraints. There is no set log in time or required study session or webinar. The course material is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon enrollment, the student will download the course and be able to work on the course whenever and wherever they want.

Need Additional Help?

Every enrolled student is paired with a personal tutor to reach out to in the event of needing additional clarification on a course topic. The personal tutors are well established in the industry and can offer additional assistance to the student as needed. Tutors are available to the student seven days a week during normal business hours.

A Real Estate Agents Guide to Understanding Mold Inspection and Remediation
